OFFICIAL Marx Group 25th Anniversary PR PROMOTION RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Marx Group ("Sponsor") is conducting the "25th Anniversary PR Promotion Giveaway" ("Promotion") starting November 1, 2006 at 12:01 AM EST and ending on December 31, 2006 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). The promotion is being administered by The Marx Group ("Administrator").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada, 18 years of age or older. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Guam are prohibited from participating in this promotion. More than one employee of a company may register, however only one registration per person is allowed. Current clients, employees, officers, and directors of The Marx Group, their subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, Web masters and Web suppliers (and their immediate family members [parents, children, siblings, spouse], regardless of where they live, and individuals residing in their same household, whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal), within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements (as applicable), prizes may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event that prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter: log-on to www.themarxgrp.com/25thAnniversary/ and complete the online official entry form. An email address is mandatory for entry. All online entries must be received by December 31, 2006. Limit one entry per person for the Promotion Period. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupt or illegible entries; or for unauthorized human intervention; or for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Promotion online and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of said email account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged.

4. DRAWINGS. The winner will be selected at random on or about January 8, 2007, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email. The Marx Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, will conduct the drawing at its principal business location and declare the winner through a randomly selected computer process. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the judges' decisions.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) /ODDS OF WINNING: Grand prize is one month of PR Services. There will be one Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive PR strategy session, PR strategy and plan, research, and writing and publishing of two press releases. PR promotional prize must be completed between January 15, 2007 through June 15, 2007. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Submission of the registration form constitutes agreement to abide by these official rules and the Sponsor decisions, which are final in all respects.

7. RELEASES; LICENSE: Participants agree that The Marx Group, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Promotion. Except where legally prohibited, the winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for The Marx Group, and those acting under its authority to use winner's name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Any form of Internet/email participation other than as set forth in these Official Rules is prohibited; use of automated, programmed and like methods of online participation is prohibited. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or Web site, or who are in violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor may also prosecute such persons to the full extent of the law. Should the Internet component of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, proper play, or submission of entries for the Internet component of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the acceptance of registration forms for the Promotion. In such event, the winner will be selected in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of the website.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION: Entrants agree that information provided will be used to administer this Promotion and to provide entrants with future recommendations and promotions that may be of special interest to the entrant, all in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
