BETHESDA, MD – March 4, 2008 – The Automotive Communication Council (ACC) Spring 2008 meeting will feature three panel discussions, including one focused on the heavy duty industry. The ACC Spring 2008 meeting is scheduled for April 28-30, 2008, at the Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C.
On Monday, April 28, a panel discussion will focus on the importance of aftermarket products and NASCAR, and will be held at the race shop of Joe Gibbs Racing. On Tuesday, April 29, a jobber roundtable will be moderated by ACC board member Bob Barstow, Automotive Distribution Network (ADN), exploring how manufacturers and jobbers can best leverage marketing opportunities.
On Wednesday, April 30, a panel discussion will address the future of the heavy duty aftermarket, trends in 2008 and the importance of brand in heavy duty fleet markets. In addition, the meeting agenda will include a presentation on managing “generation next,” the latest in radio technologies and a tour of the Joe Gibbs Racing Shop.
