The design of a Marketing & Sales RoadMap™, which in essence is a go-to market strategy and plan that DRIVES EVERYTHING related to sales and marketing. You will find this process and the results to be an invaluable tool. Although each RoadMap is custom designed for each TMG client, the elements generally include the following:

The RoadMap will begin the process of defining your primary target audience, markets and key messages. With the completion of the RoadMap process, you will have a menu of marketing tactics and you can then determine in which order you want to implement them.
